I know what you are going through. 

Having worked in university admissions, in high school college counseling, and as an independent college consultant for a total of 30+ years, I understand the business.  Not only has it been my professional passion to serve students engaged in the college admissions process since 1981, but the college world is a reality for my family as well.  With a husband who works for a university and three children at different stages of life (one is five years out of college, successfully working full-time in Chicago; another is a college graduate with a master's degree from the University of Oxford in England, now applying to PhD programs; and the third took a gap year in Argentina, worked in Puerto Rico, and is a happy first year University of North Carolina student), I get a daily dose of the thrilling and challenging decisions surrounding the college experience and beyond.

Believe me, I get it.

The college search is exciting, yet sometimes confusing for students and parents alike.  "Empowering the College Bound" is not just a slogan, it emphasizes our belief that this is an opportunity for growth and the empowerment of individual students.  It also represents our philosophy of including parents and students in the process of finding the best match between student and institution.  We at Early Light work with you and your child to ensure this process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
